Inviting your employees to install the MDM is a straightforward process that can be done through the Primo cockpit, where you can send individual, pooled, or all-employee invitations, with important installation details provided via email.

Installing the MDM is a crucial step in fleet management. This procedure is simple and quick: it takes only a few minutes and is mandatory for all users.

Deploy the MDM to your employees

To deploy the MDM on your employees' devices, you can send MDM deployment invitations (called "enrollment") from your Primo cockpit.

  • Send invitation to 1 employee: click on the employee's profile then click on "Invite to MDM"
  • Send invitations to a pool of employees: select the desired employees then click on "Invite to MDM" then "Invite X selected employees".
  • Send invitations to all employees: click on "Invite to MDM" then "Invite matching employees".

Installation Information

  • Receiving the invitation email from Primo: once the enrollment is initiated from the Primo cockpit, your employees receive an email from Primo (support@getprimo.com): "Secure your equipment with Primo".
  • The invitation email contains a personal link that allows each employee to install the agent on their computer. We have also integrated this installation guide detailing step by step the MDM installation process.

Attention, the information contained in the invitation email is valid for 7 days! After this period, you will need to send a new enrollment invitation.
