We understand that different teams have different needs when it comes to device management. With Profiles, you can now assign specific MDM settings to various employee groups. Whether it's the sales team needing different configurations than engineering or the marketing team having specific apps to install, Profiles allow you to customize device settings based on department, role, or even specific tasks.

  • Automate the process of deploying the right settings and right apps to the right employees.

2️⃣ Activity feed & upcoming actions for devices

Get full visibility into what's happening and what’s about to happen across all your devices with the new Activity Feed and Upcoming Actions. Now, you can track device activities in real time, giving you instant insights into key events, actions, and updates :

  • View a comprehensive log of actions for each device.
  • Quickly identify issues or unusual behavior with detailed event tracking.
  • Easily visualize upcoming actions planned on a given device


3️⃣ Connected Apps

We've expanded our app integration capabilities! You can now provision access for your employees to a wider range of applications, including Dropbox, HubSpot, Entra, Asana, and Front. A lot more are coming very soon!

⚒️ Miscellaneous improvements:

  • Improved iCloud locked devices management

    Devices that are iCloud locked and lack a backup key can no longer be wiped, preventing accidental bricking.

  • Smoother employee enrollment experience

    A generic installer is now available on the platform for quick and easy device enrollment.

  • Better offboarding management for CDD, new contracts, alternance etc…

    Flexible contract handling allows you to ignore offboarding processes or reinstate employees as needed.

  • Ability to deactivate EDR on specific devices & new device statuses for EDR deployment
  • Licence management for Entra

    Easily assign licenses to employees directly from the platform.
