We’ve reimagined the onboarding and offboarding process from the ground up! The revamped flow is more intuitive and efficient, streamlining user provisioning, device orders, email creation and much more. Now you can get new team members up and running faster—and securely wrap things up when it’s time to offboard.

Stay on top of your device fleet with the newly reworked Statuses and Device Panels! This refreshed view allows you to quickly monitor enrollment status, potential issues and how to address them at a glance. It’s designed to make your device management more straightforward and visually intuitive :


3️⃣ New enrollment in MDM flow

Enrolling devices is now simpler and clearer. With our updated process, you’ll see exactly what steps to take to get a device enrolled quickly and efficiently in MDM :


4️⃣ Connected Apps

We've expanded our app integration capabilities! You can now provision access for your employees to a wider range of applications, including Front, 1Password, Aircall and Bitwarden. A lot more are coming very soon!

  • WiFi Settings in MDM

    No more configuring WiFi individually on each device! With our latest MDM update, you can input your WiFi configurations once, and all connected devices will automatically join your network. It’s efficient, secure, and hassle-free.

  • Apple Business Manager setup from your cockpit : You can now set up Apple Business Manager directly from your Primo cockpit! This streamlined integration means easier Apple device management and faster deployment, helping you setup your Apple devices in Zero-Touch Deployment.
  • Clearer email address creation during onboarding
