Product updates
1️⃣ New filter feature
We have completely redesigned our filtering system, adding many new criteria to refine your searches and analyses. This improvement allows you to navigate more efficiently through your data and quickly find essential information.
2️⃣ MDM now supports iOS devices
Our MDM now supports iOS devices, offering unified management of all your devices, whether they run macOS, Windows, Linux, or iOS. Android devices are coming soon!
3️⃣ New login experience
In the coming days, we will deploy an improved login experience. No more unexpected logouts or having to type your company name everytime: the login process for your employees will now be unified with that of admins, offering a smoother and faster experience.
⚒️ Miscellaneous improvements:
- Certification SOC2 · Type II
We are now officially SOC2 · Type II certified, strengthening our commitment to the security and compliance of your data. Head to our Trust Center for more information.
- Automatic unenrollment and enrollment email management optimization
From now on, all devices that haven't connected to the MDM for more than 30 days (configurable in your settings) will automatically switch to "To Enroll" status. These devices will need to restart the enrollment process through the employee portal. You also have the option to manually send the enrollment link directly from the employee profile, independently of this rule.
- HRIS connection redesign
The connection between Primo and your HRIS has been redesigned for more seamless and efficient integration, ensuring optimal data synchronization.
- Self-service Windows Autopilot connection
Enable Zero-Touch deployment on all your Windows computers, directly and independently from your Primo cockpit!
