Step 2: Receive an Estimate
Once you submit the completed template to our repair partner, they will review the request and provide an estimate for the repair costs and timeline. You can then decide whether to proceed with the repair.
Step 3: Organizing the Pickup
If you accept the estimate, you will need to coordinate the product shipment directly with the repair partner. They will guide you on:
- Packaging requirements
- Pickup logistics
- Expected shipping times
Step 4: Resell Analysis
Once the partner receives the device, they will inspect it and confirm whether the initial estimate remains accurate or if any adjustments are necessary. They will then proceed with the repair as agreed upon.
Step 5: Payment of the lot
Once the resale is done, you will need to issue an invoice so that the partner can send you the money, and so that you can keep your accounts straight.

What is the optimal time for resale?
It is recommended to sell your equipment after 3-4 years of use. At this stage, you could recover up to 20% of its original value. Machines that are between 5 and 7 years old may see their value significantly reduced.
How is the buyback price set?
We collaborate with an auction platform for refurbishers. This system allows us to offer you the best possible price. However, you have the right to refuse the offers and keep your equipment.
