We’ve completely overhauled and streamlined the process so ordering, managing deliveries, and tracking stock is a breeze. Here’s what’s new:

  • Add Insurance When Placing an Order: Protect your devices against the unexpected.

2️⃣ Create and track your shipments right from your Cockpit

Now you can manage all your shipments without leaving Primo:

  • Generate Shipping Labels: Create labels in just a few clicks.
  • Real-Time Tracking: View delivery statuses without juggling multiple tools.

This feature is especially useful when offboarding remote employees: you can easily ship their devices back to the office and track them in real time—all within your cockpit.

Get a weekly rundown of your fleet and next steps to take!


⚒️ Miscellaneous improvements:

  • Email transfer during offboarding (Coming Soon)

    You’ll soon be able to choose whether to archive or transfer the email address of a departing employee.

  • New Onboarding & Offboarding list logic

    All arrivals and departures detected from your HR system are now centralized and filterable for greater clarity.

  • We've made the generic MDM enrollment installer link accessible to all administrators in the “MDM” section of the settings.

    Download a generic MDM installer that works on any device. Ideal for situations where devices will be enrolled or configured after installation.
