💡
This month, we’ve been focused on bringing a first layer of intelligence into Primo. From smarter onboarding to prompt-based device management, AI is starting to play a meaningful role in how you work with your fleet. And this is just the beginning—more to come soon.

In the meantime, here’s everything that’s new:

Product updates

1️⃣ Smarter workflows with AI

This month, we're launching a new set of AI-powered features across Primo to streamline IT workflows and reduce manual work. It’s designed to help your team work faster and more accurately where it matters most.

🧠 Prompt-Based Device Management

You can now manage device fleets using natural language.

  • Standardize device naming using your preferred format
  • Generate filtered device views with simple prompts (e.g., "Show all marketing team laptops from the Paris office"). No complex filter-building or spreadsheet exports—just ask and get what you need.
  • Create any macOS MDM settings using AI

📬 Smarter Email Setup During Onboarding

When adding a new employee, Primo now automatically suggests the correct email address based on your company's naming conventions. A small time-saver that makes a meaningful difference.

🧩 Recommended SaaS Provisioning

Primo now recommends the right apps, groups, roles, and licenses when onboarding new teammates—all tailored to their role, team, and manager.

Set up new team members correctly with just one click.

2️⃣ Device’s Health check

With Primo Health Check, you can now monitor the overall health of your devices at a glance—helping you stay ahead of issues before they become real problems.

From any device panel, you can now view:

  • Average CPU load (last 7 days)
  • RAM usage trends
  • Disk usage

This gives you a clearer picture of how each device is performing—and whether it’s time to act, replace, or simply keep an eye on things. It’s a small feature with big potential for proactive fleet management.

💡
Recommended workflow: Use our AI to create a new view that shows devices needing attention. This allows you to specifically track and monitor these devices over time.

⚒️ Miscellaneous improvements

  • Configure your onboarding and offboarding actions once in the settings tab to maximize automation
  • Set up Chrome preferences on your fleet's computers by configuring bookmarks and startup URLs
