1️⃣ Onboarding & Offboarding steppers revamp

We've redesigned our onboarding and offboarding processes to offer you more flexibility. Now, each step can be completed independently and scheduled in advance. For example, you can create an email address immediately while scheduling account provisioning for later.

2️⃣ Migration to the FleetDM application installation process

Our application installation process has been migrated to FleetDM, offering improved robustness and reliability for both macOS and Windows. You now have better visibility into application versions installed on each device. To learn more and start installing new applications, check our help center.


3️⃣ Resale and repair process update

Since its launch, Primo has been simplifying the resale and repair of your devices. To give you greater autonomy and transparency, we now connect you directly with our partners, Greendid and Furb. Learn more about these services here.

  • Email transfer during offboarding

    You can choose to archive or transfer the email address of a departing employee

  • Entra login

    Log in to Primo with your Microsoft account in just one click—no need to create or manage new credentials.

  • Continuous improvements on orders and shipments:
    • Association of device serial number with the invoice
    • More keyboard options at order
    • More flexibility on order cancellations (coming soon)
