Primo is your company's partner for managing and securing your IT fleet. FleetDM is the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution deployed by Primo. An MDM is a tool that allows for remote management and security of computers.
Installing Primo is a crucial step in managing your company's fleet. This process is very simple and quick: it starts when you receive an email from Primo [Invite to join <Company> on Primo].

Important: To go ahead with the installation, you need to have administrator rights on the computer.
Launching the installation
You will receive an email from [email protected] [Invite to join on Primo].
Click on "Enroll my computer on Primo".
Follow these instructions:
Select a computer already assigned to you by your administrator, or create a new one to enroll.
Enter the necessary information, including your computer's operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
Download the installer by clicking "Download installer".
Installation on macOS
Double-click on the "primo-enrollment.mobileconfig" file that has been downloaded.
Open System Preferences and use the search field to find the "Profiles" section.
If no profile appears in the list, use the “+” button to locate it in your “Downloads” folder. The file is named “primo-enrollment.mobileconfig”.
Select the profile in the list and double-click on "Primo Enrollment".
Select "Enroll" at the bottom left.
Enter your session password.

Installation on Windows
A file named "primo-enroller.msi" will be downloaded; double-click on it to open it.
A Windows security window will open; continue by clicking "Yes".
